Return & Refund Policy – Marble Art Palace

At Marble Art Palace, customer satisfaction is our priority. Each of our marble handicraft products is carefully handcrafted and quality-checked before dispatch. However, we understand that in rare cases returns or refunds may be required. Our policy is outlined below for complete transparency.


Returns & Cancellations

We accept return requests within 7 days of successful delivery of the order.
Please note that return shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer.

  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Once the returned product is received safely and inspected, the refund process will be initiated.

Order Cancellation:
If you choose to cancel your order before dispatch, you will receive a full refund with no deductions.


Refund Process

All approved refunds will be processed via Bank NEFT / RTGS / PayPal, as applicable.

  • Refunds are initiated within 5–10 working days after approval

  • Processing time may vary depending on bank or payment provider policies


Damaged or Broken Items (Insurance Covered)

In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged or broken, the following options will apply:

  • You may receive a replacement product, or

  • You may receive a full refund processed through the insurance claim

Refunds or replacements are subject to approval by the shipping insurance provider.


Mandatory Steps for Damage Claims

To ensure a smooth and faster insurance claim process, please strictly follow the steps below:

  1. If the parcel arrives with visible external damage, please take clear photographs of the packaging before opening the parcel.

  2. Open the parcel within 3 days of delivery.

    • This is mandatory for notifying the courier and insurance provider.

    • Claims raised after this period will not be entertained.

  3. If the item is found damaged, immediately email us with:

    • Clear photographs of the damaged product

    • Photos of outer and inner packaging

    • Order details

Insurance Claim Process

  • The insurance company may request additional information or documentation to approve the claim.

  • The buyer is required to cooperate and provide such details promptly.

  • Once the insurance claim is approved and settled, we will notify you via email and initiate the refund or replacement accordingly.


Important Notes

  • Custom-made or personalized marble artworks may not be eligible for return unless damaged during transit.

  • Marble Art Palace reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
